Are these the same products that I get from
my vet?
Yes, these are the same exact products. All of our
products are FDA approved, unlike some other sources on the internet and
even local pet stores.
How do I get a prescription from my Vet?
We need a signed prescription from your vet on all
products marked as prescriptions. Most vets are happy to do this providing
there is no medical reason not do to so. Prescription labels are not
acceptable. As an alternative, we can also call your Vet to OK the
prescription. To use this option, please provide following information in
comment section during checkout.

PRESCRIPTION RE-ORDERS :
For prescription refills just place the order normally and
under comments mention that you have a prescription on file.
If you are ordering non-prescription items with this order we
recommend that you place a separate order for those items. The
non-prescription items in an order may be delayed by the prescription items, if
both are ordered together.
